I've tried on and off for several years to quit smoking cigarettes...
While I don't generally smoke anymore day to day, I still do fall off that QUIT SMOKING wagon.
I found a site recently that has all sorts of good information about quitting smoking on it.
I've been reading up on the health aspects a little more to try to get myself more repulsed by the whole smoking thing. I want to be a non smoker, I want to quit smoking for good.
